GATE VALVES

Metal Seated Gate Valves

Metal-seated gate valves consist of a metal body and a metal gate that moves along the flow path. The gate’s seats are located inside the body and ensure that the gate opens and closes smoothly. Metal seats have a durable structure that ensures long-term and reliable operation of the valve. Metal-seated gate valves, manufactured in accordance with EN standards, are typically used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Elastomeric-Seated Gate Valves

Slide valves are a type of industrial valve used to control and isolate flow in a line. Slide valve models are generally preferred for large-diameter lines and pressurized systems. The sliding gate valve model, which can be installed inside pipelines, allows you to control the flow within the pipeline as desired and enables quick opening/closing thanks to its low flow resistance feature.

Forged Gate Valves

Forged gate valves are durable and reliable valves used to control the flow of liquids and gases in demanding industrial applications that require high pressure and temperature. Manufactured from forged steel, these valves offer superior advantages in terms of long service life, high strength, and leak-free performance. The gate valve structure, which operates on the principle of fully opening or closing the flow of fluid, ensures minimal pressure loss within the system.

Knife Gate Valves

The type of valve we refer to as a knife gate valve performs its function by closing and opening the flow of fluid within the valve using a knife (gate) that slides vertically in the direction of flow between two sealing rings. Due to its operating principle, it is referred to as a “Knife Gate Valve” within the industry. They are not suitable for precise flow control and are typically used in fully open or fully closed positions.
